Live-in caregivers are New Jersey state-certified home health aides. They provide home service care up to 7 days a week. They stay in your home to help you with the basic activities of daily living. Good Life Home Care Services provides an RN professional to every case to perform an initial assessment at the start of service. The RN will cover many areas related to the patient's physical and mental health during this assessment. The RN will create a care plan for the assigned in-home caregiver to follow on a daily and weekly basis and this will be updated every few months or with any change in the patient’s condition. The RN will follow up with a 30-day phone call to check on the status of care and then visit the home every 60 days (about 2 months) for the duration of service. The RN will also evaluate the competence and performance of caregivers regularly.
